I’m weird. I’m different. And I like it that way. Normal = Average, and who wants to be average? But I’m not so weird in obvious ways. To look at me, you’d think I’m a clean, typical, normal young man and I suppose I am in some ways. Don’t expect me to follow along to fit in, though.
The Short-Haired Hippy
I have compost bins in the back, a clothesline to dry all my laundry, and have been living vegan for nearly a decade. Still, I enjoy technology, the convenience of city life, and indoor plumbing. 
And I certainly enjoy and appreciate the ability to be free to make these lifestyle choices.
My Work
For the past few years I’ve been making my living working for people all over the world. I’ve come up with the term “website programming” to explain to people what it is I do. I work on websites but not design - it’s computer programming. PHP is my main language. I also have a number of project ideas I will be developing over the next few years including one service coming by September 2008.
My Family
Having three young children, I’ve come to learn the value of sleep. They certainly take a lot, but are definitely worth it. The past couple years have been the most challenging ever. My parents and sisters (I’m the youngest of four) have been a critical part of keeping me going. I am grateful for the support I have from them. Life is not a one person job.
